Thread Closed Bar

We see this being used over at another forum, and it adds a little style and class to the way a closed thread looks. The way it works is that when a thread is closed and someone opens it up, at the very bottom of the first post there is a red bar which brings it to the readers attention that the thread is closed and why. A screenshot is shown below. I would think this would be very easy to make, and hope that someone adds it to their collection of quality hacks made
