I think it sould be released if he dos not answer No one is maken $$$ of it so on a legal Stand It will be ok + hes giving probs to the peole that made it

Isn't this stuff open source? As long as Milad isn't making money off of it, a lot of people can use the port.

I wouldnt have thought so....

Someone else has creatd it and therefore anyone else needs to have thier permission to be able to publish his/his modifed work, If that makes sense
