After misunderstanding the disallow current users emails feature, as it only checks on email change (somewhat useless?), a nice plugin would be so it checks when the user logs in, for a denied email address (banned) or maybe a custom filter/setting.
This would be a good sister mod to the force current users to fill out new required profile fields.
