Allow an entire usergroup to moderate?

Hi,

I want to allow all users of a specific usergroup to be able to have *some* moderation abilities (such as soft delete, lock, move, etc.) on a few selected forums, as opposed to individually assigning every single user of that usergroup.

I'd like to be able to change their moderation abilities beyond vBulletin's standard permissions too (i.e. allowing them to only soft delete posts and not hard delete them. That way another moderator can restore the post if it was wrongfully deleted).

Does such a hack exist for vB 3.5.0?
