Plugin to stop users from bumping threads

I have a forum for users to sell things, but i don't want threads with 42308302 bumps, so a plugin that woud only allow a user to have 2 posts on the same thread would be great, since he would have to delete the previous post (bump) to post another

or you could just enable the setting to not allow double post
