Anyone know if there is a welcome panel hack yet for 3.5 I've seen a couple of screenshots with the kinda thing i'm after but cant for the life of me find them now.

What i'm after is basically a remake of the old vb3 welcome panel thing where it moved forum poster stats to top and showed user avatar and pm / last visit stats etc. but logged out users got a "no avatar" image instead of the actual avatar and told to register.

Zero Tolerance has one out if I am not mistaken. I believe he ported the first link
