I installed vBjournal a while back and something must have gone wrong in the install/uninstall. Anyway, there are a few fields that I would like to remove in the usergroup manager section (image 1, I went to it via admincp > usergroup manager > add new usergroup). Where would I go about removing these 'blank' fields? Also, attached in the second image, how/where do I remove the vBjournal drop down on the left side?

ok, check your plugin manager for anything there relating to the vBjournal and delete them. This will remove them.

That's the strange part. I uninstalled it a while back and those fields still showed up...lol. I've tried looking at the usergroup.php file, but yeah, I can't really figure out what's going on there.

Is it possible for me to re-install it again and then uninstall it or will that screw some things up?
