Postbit modification, What do you think

I have been searching for a cople days with no luck I cant find any info on what I am looking for can you help me.

This is my first time themeing vBulletin I have got the header, footer, and menu in an moved to were I want it. Now I have the design layout for the section around the main table cells I nerrowed this down I think I need to edit the postbit template but I am not sure if thats correct and if it is I am looking for help or tutorials on how to do somthing like this.

Not to be rude but is there anyone here with this info I have looked all over I was told this was the best place to get help with this problem. I have posted this question about 3 time over the last couple of days and still no responce. I need this badly.
