I need some help with 2.xx files to 3.5 version

I have a banner rotation program on my site that is written for version 2.xx of vBulletin. I have attached the files here and if someone would look them over and make the necessary changes I would appreciate it.

I have the tables, etc. in place already.

Thanks,
Parker
