Halloween cursors and applets?

Hi

Does anyone know how to add a halloween themed cursor and a halloween applet?

Also, does anyone know how to make one or where to get one from? I've found a couple of applets on the web but a) I don't know how to put them on the forum and b) they are a bit too much for what I'm looking for.
