hi

is there any plugins or products to make a user post only 2 threads in every forum for 24 hours ? .. some users write 10 posts in one forum and thats terrible

Why would you want to restrict members from keeping your forum active?
That doesn't make sense to me ...

because its anonying when one user write more than 10 threads in one forum .. other users threads will move to the 2 page

they r allowed but not flooding the forum .. every user can post in every forum just 2 threads and unlimited number of posts .. replays
