Don't want to make a mod request if there is already a hack out there so was wondering if there is a hack that has an acp password on login to control panel like IPB does...for example.......login with username,pass,acp pass (acp pass would be the same for all admins)

why not use a htaccess file on your ACP directory. That would do the same thing.
