On http://www.fortfrances.info/ I have a top nav bar where I want to have "Logged in as user ( 1M, 14P )" display when logged in and a link to a login page if they are not. M being PM's, P being New posts.

Anyone know how to accomplish this?

Tired that but it doesn't have the new posts or PM's, and it doesn't seem to recognize when someone is already logged in.
