I have vbulletin 3.0.7 wand was going to upgrade to 3.5.0

i was wondering if i will lose all my hacks?

Yes. However, most hacks are now available for 3.5.0 as plugins. Just search the 3.5 forums for your hacks and you should find most, if not all, of them.
