Beginner ? regarding coding .psd's for a custom forum ?
Can any .psd layout be coded to work with vB or is there a standard layout you have to go by? Basiclly, I want to create my own layout in photoshop and was wondering if there were any parameters/guidelines I have to follow or can any .psd be coded to work? And if any can be coded, am I to assume that the more graphic intensive the .psd is, the more coding it will take, which means more expensive to code? Just a beginner trying to find a way to be more original.
Any & all info will be most appreciated!!! |

The PSD is only a "sketch" of what the site should look like in your mind's eye. To get the site to look the way you want it to, you have to slice it up properly and you need to familiarise yourself intensely with the vbulletin templates in order to do that correctly.
I wish you all the best. |

Sorry, but I'm a beginner when it comes to vBulletin and I will be purchasing a license soon, but I have been browsing certain forums to learn a little before I make my purchase. I am just interested in how to make an original layout for a forum since all forums seem to be basiclly the same. Again thanks for any & all info I recieve from such a talented community.
