Separate Thread/Thread starter

I've been messing around the templates but I can never get it to work, I want to separate Thread/Thread Starter in 2 columns.

Anyone want to give me a hand?

I have released a modification called "Thread Starter Column" - You can get it by clicking on it in my profile

This does exactly what you ask
