Per Usergroup REP Power

I would like to assign reputation power basedon usergroup.

Can someone create a plugin which will alloww Reputation power to be assigned on a per Usergroup Level.

In the case of primary and secondary usergroups, the Highest Level will "win" and that will be the Rep Power for the user.
