Default Question about text changing

How would i change where it says Sticky: to Read:
and change the text color to red + make it bold?

i guess... go to
Languages & Phrases > use search by word "Sticky"

in sticky_thread_prefix make changes you want, using html-tags:

<b>Sticky: </b>

Thanks man! Do you where where i can go to do the same thing to the Announcement text when i post an announcement?
