Classifieds or auction add on

Id love to see an ebay like auction plug in used in vB3.5, with the admin charging a fee to host an ad, which can be an auction or just a classifieds ad.

Id love this to be one add on, but could work as two seperate plug ins.

Anyone working on anything like that?
