I want to install some plugins to my forum on all the plugins the installation follow more or less...

Go to AdminCP >> Plugin System >> Manage Products
Click Add/Import Product, then the "Browse" button, and import the XML file.

I go to my AdminCP, but I dont see Plugin System? it's not there I am running
Latest version: 3.0.9

Plugins are a feature of the new vb 3.5.0, not the 3.0.x series.

Nope, not unless you have 3.5.
