Is it possible to rig your registeration process so it registers the person to Dual databases? Like lets say i wanted to affiliate with my friends site so when one member registers there he is now a member to my site too? and same thing if they register at my site.

If the other database is fine with a MD5 Hash of the Password: Yes, it is possible.
Otherwise it is not possible (without lowering vBulletin security below an acceptable point)

Well I think it would be fine w/ MD5 hash, because he is running VB 3.5 RC3 as am I.
