there was something like this for vb2.x. has anything been done like that for vb3.5? if not, is anyone interested in doing it?

try looking at

IRC Manager for MIRC or Who's in chat on forumhome.. (No eggdrop)

Oooops sorry they are for 3.0.x not 3.5.x
