script upgrade - whats wrong?

When I added it to my header, the guest message showed up like it should. Once i registered, I recieved my "you haven't posted message before I was confirmed. Then on page refresh, I got the unconfirmed message and even after confirmation, it remained. What's wrong with the code? I can't figure it out. lol

This was originally written for 3.0.X. (don't recall the author.) I have been attempting to upgrade it to work with my 3.5 board.

$bbuserinfo isn't used anymore its vbulletin->userinfo['usergroupid'] that might help
