Sorry i don't think that information is shared publicly. It would give people with malicious intends the possibility to attack boards that have not upgraded yet.

You could try asking at vbulletin.com, but i doubt that you will get answered.

It's best to keep with the latest version anyway, the last few 3.0.x upgrades have been security/bug related.
