This is not vB related.

I am making a script where people post and it goes into the database.
How can I do a flood prevention so members need to wait 20 seconds after posting to post again?

Write the time of the last post to a cookie, then compair the cookie with the current time on a new post. Or keep the last posttime in the user table.
