help me find a mod

he i remember seeing a mod a while ago about haveing 2 sections in the admin cp bar
if u press hack bar at the top it went to the back bar
if u pressed normal bar it just showed the origonal admin bar with no hacks
i really need this now as i have way 2 many hacks installed
