In my navbar i need to replace

Members List with Strain Guide

and make it link to http://www.talkweed.com/forums/strainsdb.php

How would i do that?

In your navbar template (styles and templates > style manager > edit templates > navigation/breadcrumb templates > navbar)

Find:

Ooops Sorry. I had the code boxes the wrong way round. I've fixed it now. Look under FAQ in your template and you'll find the line.
