Is there one template that contains both the forum home and forum display? one template that contains every page of the forums? cause i just cant find it.

[UPDATE]
Well I am using a javascript element that needs to be put in the "head" section of the page, but aparently i can use the header template and add in the "head" code and have it there, so i guess my page has two heads?
