..hi, i'm going to be purchasing a vbulletin owned licence but before i do that i am trying to find a skin, here is a website running the skin http://www.gsmtalk.co.uk/index.php , it says in the footer the skin is from ravio.com but ravio.com no longer is an alive website, can anyone please help me.

You could try contacting the site owner if he has a new address for ravio.com. Otherwise you can after your purchase download some free styles from here or vb.com (and a few other sites), or you can place a request to have a custom style created.

where can i place a request?
can i get the request forfilled before i launch my forum, so as soon as my forum opens the skin is already in place.

As soon as you have bought vBulletin you can post in all sections here at vbulletin.org.
