Hi,

when i go onto my Admin Cp and click on vbulletin Options in the nav it comes up as in my attached image, can anyone explane why and help me fix it please

i have vb 3.0.9

Wow. There must be smth. damaged.
Try to rebuild the Languages first.

ACP -> Language Manager -> [Rebuild All Languages]

to rebuild your lang

also, i made a back up of my forum, and my forum Messed up, how do i restore the Forum to its orrigional state from the back up?

The best way to restore is using SSH/telnet. Please see vB documentation or vbulletin.com/forum for full instructions on how to restore.
