How can i export the standard DB and not the hacks, or convert it for vb 3.5.0

If you are still on 3.0.x, then use ImpEx to first create a clean copy. Tehn upgrade that to 3.5

That would be nice... I was looking at my db today and I have so much crap that can be gotten rid of off.

Ok, how do i use impex, i have uploaded it i have set up a back up DB of the 3.0.5. I just need to make a clean copy so i can update it. Any link to some help?
