any way to prevent spoofed Ip's access to my forum

Hi i am looking for a way to prevent a spoofed IP's access to my forum.. Is there a hack that does this?

What do you mean by "spoofed ip's" ?

where the ip their posts show on your site when the post is not actually their IP.

for example, if i banned an ip address, a spoofed ip shows as a different ip and they still get access...

You mean a proxy? Sure, if you really want, but remember many users use proxies in this day and age, with companies like AOL and MSN using cacheing to load users data faster.

I am looking for the best way to prevent (or identify) a banned users IP from posting to my site as a different user and a proxy IP

or a way to see a users Real IP address.
