How do I export data from my database

I recently added 2 new profile fields which enables me to capture new signups for my newsletter. I'd like to export out the email addresses and the two new subscription profile info (E-Newsletter Yes/No and Store Specials Yes/No).

Any suggestions? Has anyone wrote a script that will do something along these lines?
