arrange forum list and category in columns

I want hack that arrange forum list and category in column,
it arrange the forums and category in two or three columns.
it very good for large forum that have a lot of category and forums, because the user dosn't need to go down for the last forums
and i think that it more pretty in this layout :squareeyed: .
