			i've been on tech support with linksys for the past 3hrs all to get htem to realize my router needs to be rma'ed this is rediculous. i hope i get it done by 9pm (4hrs) from now

			i've had problems with netgear as well. well now they have my phone # and going to call me or email me if i dont hear anything tomrrow i'm going to get back on tech support again. all in all a nice router (befsx41) it doesnt help that it got struck by lightning oh and that water it got soaked in (pipe broke)...oops

	Once I reset the router to it's default factory settings, everything has been working like clockwork since..

			I had the same thing happen with Vonage, when a router went bad.  I was on my celll phone for 2 hours, connected to 5 different people off/on and they all told me the same exact procedure to try (for rebooting the router) and of course it didn't work.
