Hello, I'm just looking for some friendly and helpful advice. I have been reading the PHP Manual, and reading a few tutorials on the web. I really want to be able to create hacks for my site but I really just do not understand vBulletins structure (ehh..

)

I am hoping that I am making since, I just would like to know how you learned how to create hacks. How did you learn how vBulletin code worked?

By studying it and hacking it - there is nothing like 'doing' to learn (but on a test forum of course, not breaking a live one ...

By installing easy hacks, and then making slight modifications to them to make them a little closer to what I wanted.

I have always found that having a real problem to work on made me learn much faster than by using tutorials or text books.
