Can't download or post

Hi,

I updated my email address using the link to show I am licensed, over 1 day ago.

I still can't access the hack downloads.

Any ideas ?

However, I still get the same unlicensed message ?

If you did wait about an hour, if nothing has still happened, please make sure your email is 100% accruate as the email is whitespace and case specific.

It's been almost a full day since I this was done...

My email address is the exact same on both.

I'm not sure what to do now ?

Yes.

In the priority support box, the owner's e-mail address is the exact same as the one I have here under my CP -> Edit e-mail and password.

These are the ones that are supposed to match right ?

You need to enter it into at least one box for it to take effect. The owner's email is not checked.

I added another email address in 1 of 3 boxes and it didn't let me add the same email as the one I used for the owner.

I then modified the one I use here in the CP to reflect this change.

That should be good right ?

Yes that should be it, but i think it is now 1 hour after your post, and you are still showing as unlicensed.

I suggest that you contact support at vbulletin.com to help solve this.
