this is my first request, so i hope i don't offend or request wrong

i'd like to request this, i think i seen it on a IPB board, admin can set i belive it is usergroups, but if a user makes a post under X number, the post count wont go up.

it may be the whole board, but i think if it worked with usergroups that would work for me,,

this is an example if you don't get what i mean...

say i want to set this for a post has to be at least 10 char's to count.

and a user post "Hello"

this would not increase his count, but if he posted

"Hello how is everyone"

this would increase the post count..
