i feel like a fool askin this cuz its prolly so easy...

i wanna put the navbar @ the bottom of the site.i put $navbar in the footer...didnt work. i put it in the forumhome @ the bottom, and it put the navbar there, but it did not do the dropdowns when clicking on them.
