[HELP] Subscriptions Template

I am trying to use the paypal subscriptions option that comes with vbulletin... however it isn't pleasing to the eye because of the Left Column Control Panel...

I have made a link called "Donate" in my navbar that takes users to the subscriptions.php template

I have no idea how to get rid of the Control Panel in the subscriptions template... what template do I edit?

I hope that someone can assist me on this thank you very much
