Is there a tutorial somewhere explaining how to do this?

I need to copy the users and threads from another database onto mine.

maybe impex one database into another but i however am completely unsure so someone verify this

I'm sure there are tutorials on this. There is also a impex support forum on vBulletin.com. Ask there.

Just use Impex (Do it on a testboard first).

If you read the stickied threads in the Import System forum at vb.com and the ImpEx instructions, most of your questions will be answered.
