Hi ive neva even attempted coding realy
i need some help kinda despo to get my site up and running
ive done basic stuff on it

i was wondering if anyone would offer to install a word censor option so i can ban swear words and any other of my choice

That is already a default option for vbulletin...

AdminCp->vBulletin Options ->vBulletin Options ->Censorship Options

Oops, well I don't anything about I Rater. This should be moved to Service Request or Modifications Request, since you don't have any coding questions.
