Users who have registerd but not posted in a week get email

Is there a hack/plugin that automatically emails users who have registered but have been inactive (no posts) for x days? amykhar, I know you have something like this, you used it on me when I registered at your site but neglected to post.

Sov. I actually did it manually. I run a check about once a year or so and try to gather in the flock
