| File upload exceeds php's limit

I'm trying to upload a 3mb wmv file to my forum but I get the following error :- Breakfast.wmv: File Too Large. Exceeds PHP's limit of 2.00 MB. I have the attachments set to upload to a folder and not the database and am stuck for a fix, can anyone help ? |

That is the default setting on the server side. You need to contact your hosting company to raise the limit. Keep in mind if you are on a shared server that the raise will be for everyone so if there are a lot of people uploading large files via php, it could crash the server..... |
