| Transparent forum background

How can I make the first and second alternating colours transparent so the sites background image will show through? I assumed it would be as easy as removing the color code in the CP, but it just makes the backgound white. Any ideas? EDIT: I removed the color code from "Table Border" in admincp. Is there a better way to do this so I can actually keep the table borders? Thanks. |

Type in the word transparent where the color code is and save.

Hey, i've altered that under 'Body' and 'Standard CSS Attributes' for 'Background', and the sample colour shown changed from black, to clear. However when I loaded the page, it looked no different. Is there something that could be stopping this?

Might be worthwhile checking whether your browser is still using a cached version of your site. You need to clear the cache and take another look.
