is there a hack to send mass pm to all members rather then email.

For this they invented Announcements. I must say that i don't really see the use of this, and only a lot of problems.

I am sorry but I have to disagree, I think this will be a great hack especially if you can send pm to specific user groups

i disagree with you aswell on this because i think it would have many uses i know Announcement works well but this will add another function plus not all read announcements but if you send pm then they will read it.
i know you can send email but i have over 4000 members and when i send email to them more then half come back to me.

Fact is: Most Users don't read announcements (or FAQ, Forum Rules, ...).
But they do read their PMs.
