I know that de mod is out, but i have searched and searched and didnt find it.
Does anyone know where or how i can find/do this?

I want to give my visitors if they have been warned a yellow card. So anyone can see that the person has a yellow card and it is for the modarators easyer to see that this person is already been warned, so we can give him a red card.

See screenshot what i mean. I hope someone can tell me where i can find it.
