Very clean, I like.

Where is says Currently Active Users: 11 (5 members and 6 guests), the color kinda hurts my eyes though.

I like the style.

My only recommendation is to use a more dull yellow for your category background colour, it's too bright.

And another suggestion, move shoutbox to bottom of forum table. It deterrs posting and makes users have to scroll to get to the main part of your forum list.

Wow, thats a really cool looking site. I love the colour scheme and top banner with the icons. Very nice ^^;;

It loads straight away for me, incredibly fast, and thats saying something; My connection is often quite slow

It is not a VB3 engine, just a parsed copy!
