Unable to edit Signatures

I have 3.0.7, and my members can't edit their signatures. I have admin, and I can't even edit my signature.

I have enabled in the ACP signature editing priviledges.

The message makes me look like an A - hole:

Sorry, the administrator has disabled signatures.

Please help.

AdminCP->Usergroups->Usergroup Manager->Edit Usergroup->Can Use Signatures: Yes
