Xoops + vBulletin
Any chance someone could code an Xoops vbulletin connector module. Xoops is one of my favorite free CMS's, it has a large amount of add on modules, is coded in OOP PHP, by default valid XHTML transistional, etc, etc. It is not a bloat CMS, I want to use this for one of my new projects, but am not familiar to the new XOOPS code (The last time I looked into it was when it was in the 1.x series.) or the vBulletin 3.5 code fully yet, so have no idea where I would start doing the connector.
I would think this could be done with just the use of the extensible module system in Xoops and the new plugins system in vBulletin. From what I have seen around the Xoops community, alot of people do want a connector. The connector would not have to be extremely tight, maybe just user integration. I would be greatful for anyone who could create such a connector. |

yeah i came accross that too, would be the greatest thing ever. but nobody on any xoops board is working on it, because nobody there has a license for vbulletin they say. which is really too bad.
